VICTORIA - The New Democrat Official Opposition questioned the BC Liberal government again today on the sale of BC Rail and specifically the fact that Premier Gordon Campbell said that the rail beds and right-of-ways weren't sold.

VICTORIA -  Please be advised that David Chudnovsky, Transportation Critic, Charlie Wyse, MLA Cariboo-South, Bob Simpson, MLA Cariboo-North and Minicipal Affairs Critic Norm Macdonald questioned the BC Liberals on the sale of BC Rail in Question Period this afternoon.

VICTORIA - The New Democrat Opposition called on the B.C. Liberal government to make forest worker safety a real priority and put an end to the carnage in B.C.'s forests.

"Forest workers are dying at an alarming rate in this province, said Opposition Labour Critic Chuck Puchmayr. "How many more workers must die before the Campbell government does something about it?

Victoria: Cariboo-North MLA Bob Simpson has presented nearly 1500 e-petitions calling for public hearings into the sale of Terasen Gas to Texas-based Kinder Morgan and the tabling of the petitions has presented two key questions that need to be addressed.
