B.C. Rail Corruption Trial - The 2009 FOI Materials
In late February, the New Democrat Official Opposition were granted access to 15 binders of material pertaining to the B.C. Rail corruption trial.
Initial analysis uncovered several key documents , although that analysis continues.
The binders are reproduced here in the order they were received. The binders are numbered from 3 - 17 (two binders were withheld by the trial judge) and named according to the ministries or offices to which the documents relate. Each binder has been broken into segments to reduce file sizes. All the documents are in Portable Document Format (pdf), which require Adobe Acrobat Reader (Free Download Here).
